NAIDOC 2020

Literacy for Life Foundation staff members Norman and Tannia. The Foundation trains local people to help others to read and write.

New dates have been announced for NAIDOC week. Celebrations will be held from the 8th to the 15th of November.

The announcement comes after the National NAIDOC Committee had to postpone NAIDOC Week 2020 (5 July – 12 July) in the interest of safety for our communities due to COVID 19.

NAIDOC Week 2020 will be held November 8 – November 15.

  • NAIDOC Week Theme for 2020 is – Always Was, Always Will Be
  • NAIDOC Week is a celebration of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and a chance to acknowledge our history, culture and achievements.
